3 years ago I had my Octavia 3 repaired here after a major front end damage, I came from Kladno near Prague to get my car, they brought a replacement car and they sorted out everything with the insurance company for me, I didn't have to worry about anything, I was very satisfied with the work and the negotiations,,, today I had the towbar finished, the appointment and ordering were great, they waited for me even after closing time because I couldn't make it, I got a replacement car, and the next day I picked up the car ready, he even handed it over to me personally, Mr. Kápl was a pleasant, decent person, we had a good chat and we laughed together, he also offered me coffee, water, etc. I can only recommend Škoda AutoKápl

Two months ago we bought a new car. Communication and handling took place from the beginning with Mrs. Plátenkova, to whom I would like to thank 😊. Everything went flawlessly, everyone had a very nice and empathetic approach. The handover of the car was very nice, we even received small gifts. Unfortunately, personal approach to the customer is not a given these days, we felt really nice here. We definitely recommend Auto Kápl.
