I just received my second new car from them. The professional yet very friendly approach keeps me coming back to them just like I would do going to my best friend's home. 4 years with my Duster - great service, but buying experience is absolutely the best. As for the new car, the Bigster is an absolute jewel. My neighbors have seen the car in front of the block and already one came to me to go next week order for himself one too. Thank you!

I had an issue with STK BRNO , I went without appointment and they helped me fix the issue in order to pass again the STK .They speak English a bit but this was no problem when I show them the paper form STK.They fixed my car after an hour waiting without appointment and they showed professionalism all the time I was there .

I didn't feel real care about a potential customer from seller. I have got several prospects, but same information I can find on the internet nowadays. So, no added value here. And I have not feeling that. Renault is bestseller and don't need educated and friendly personal to sell.... Then, no deal.

I was provided a car for the days my car was in the garage that was such a huge benefit. All the items requested were addressed to my satisfaction.
