I would like to publicly thank you for the customer-friendly approach at the Brno Vinohrady branch. Unlike a nearby competitor (which I will not name out of politeness, but where they did not show any effort to solve the current defect with mileage on a passing tire and sent me away with the words "we are full until the end of the month"), here they made an effort to accommodate me despite being full with other orders (the season has started with the ordered change to winter tires), they successfully tried to include me among the orders and repaired the tire while waiting. This way, the original company lost me and this one gained a new customer and I sincerely hope that thanks to their approach they will gain others as well.

After visiting a competing tire service (Best Drive), my steering wheel was knocking, the entire steering wheel was vibrating, I was in Brno for work and I begged the manager to balance my wheels. He took pity on me, made room on the jack and technician Martin very carefully removed all my wheels, balanced them (all 4 of them were completely wrong), explained maintenance and what to look out for, cleaned the wheel hubs, treated them and I was able to drive again. The steering wheel no longer knocks, the car drives as it should. I would like to thank the manager, technician Martin and the Chára Sport tire service very much, I have not encountered such a helpful and careful approach for a long time. I'm done with them after today and I've been there for the last time. Like, I went there to get my tires changed and then found out that the guy scratched the paint on my trunk so badly that it can't even be polished. You guys screwed this up. If the car was older, I wouldn't mind so much, but I've had it for less than a year and a half and the scratch is quite noticeable. So if I were you, I'd be a little careful about how you treat your customers' cars.

If I could, I would give minus stars. This service may be able to change and glue wheels. But that's obviously where their ability ends. During the Christmas holidays, the turbo on my car broke - a Škoda Octavia 1.2 TSI. I hastily immediately looked for a service that was open during this period. The masters from Chára Sport were open and since it was close to where I lived, I took the car there. And at that moment, a period of 3 months began, where their incompetence became apparent. The first time I waited about 14 days for the first turbo replacement. Then I picked up the car, drove it for a week and after driving about 100 km I jumped on the highway and had to call a tow truck - the EPC light came on and the engine ended up in emergency mode. I had the car towed to them. After their diagnosis, they said the control unit was supposedly broken (I still don't believe it). The repair was done (again 14 days of waiting), I drove for a week and again after driving about 100 km the same problem - the EPC light - I took the car to the masters myself. The diagnostics showed a fault with the replaced turbo -> a complaint was filed with the supplier -> the turbo was repaired (another 14 days). And again the same story - I drove for a week and this time my turbo started to smoke - oil was leaking from it. Again a complaint to Chara Sport -> this time they only replaced some clips on the exhaust - that it should help. The help was such that the same problem appeared on my way home from the service. At that moment my patience ran out, I had the car diagnosed elsewhere, where they clearly told me that the replaced turbo was a completely shoddy job (glued with silicone, every screw is different, part sandblasted, part old) and that if I didn't want to spend more money, I should try to complain about the work again. And at that moment I learned the most important information from the owner of the Chara sport service – “We don’t understand turbos. When we repair this, we order a part and install it in the car. We are not able to do a basic diagnosis to see if the replacement part is OK.” So another complaint to the supplier. A week passed, when they again failed to meet the promised deadline. And what came of it? The complaint was rejected – coolant is leaking into the turbo. So I had the car towed elsewhere at my own expense, where I showed them the complaint report. And what did they say? “That paper says nonsense, if there is coolant in the turbo, it means that the turbo is defective, not anything around it. And if you go to court with this service, you will win 100%.” The complaint about the turbo was rejected, but some part was replaced anyway. So I had the same turbo installed at the second service at my own expense (yes, I had to have the car towed away unassembled, I received the turbo in a box). The car was inspected again there, the coolant leak was not confirmed after the tests. Bottom line – Chara Sport spent 35,000 and the car is undriveable. Second service – 20,000 and the car is finally functional. I am writing this review as a like only after driving about 1,000 km, to make sure that the fault is not in the car, but in the service. Finally, I would add that this service has completely lost credibility. They are unable to admit that they do not have this type of knowledge. If they had said at the beginning that they do not specialize in this type of repair, both parties would have been satisfied.
