Polite staff and good system for scheduling service. Usually there is a staffer who speaks English. If you need new tires and any kind of tire service - they are a great place. However, they are terribly overcharging the new parts that they use in car repairs.. If you need car repairs, either bring your own parts or you will end up paying between 150 - 350 % more for parts. Oh, and each individual part or system repaired will be charged as a separate service so this can also stack up quickly.
Finally, even though I asked them to call me once they determine the necessary repairs, they never called and never agreed with me on the parts I want to be installed. They didn't allow me the choice to use cheaper parts so I ended up with a done deal - I had to pay for what they used, on their own initiative.
Bottom line, for tire service - it is really a pleasant experience. For car repairs - you are better of looking for a cheaper, more co-operative place that will involve you in the repairs made on your car.

Friendly service, offered a higher speed index tires for same price due to the unavailability of the ordered ones. Little bit disappointed with the technical level of service (unevenly inflated tires after changing a tire, 2,3-2.6 instead of 2.2 bar). Willingness to help with reported car stability at higher speeds issue.
