I will go for less rate even if I could.
I visited Renault opportunity Brno Sedláčkova with my Renault Fluence 2014
The engine of my car was showing wrong temperature reading. They replaced (pressure switch) I have no idea why and it cost me almost 3000kč + other things so I ended up at 6000kč.
On checking the car after the service I found that the problem was not solved.
So I returned after 1 hour and they refused to refund my money or fix the car and asked me to visit them next week and they will replace this part again and refund my money, so I did.
They mentioned that they (thought!!!!!) this part should solve the problem and I should keep it they will not replace it again or if i insist I should pay again for the service
(by the way the part cost 1000 and the service 2000) also they mentioned that they (think!!!) the issue might be with the dashboard.
A new dash costs 22000 and will arrive in 3 months.
They just want to get rid of me without refunding my money. Honestly this is the worst experience I have ever had with a car service, especially with the customer service representative, I felt like I was cheated, I will never visit this place again.

Jan Hanak is one of the best person you should interact with, if you are a foreigner. He speaks good English and understands your car's need and advices right things. I was satisfied with my last visit to Opportunity, Lisen. I wish billing team speaks english ;) and it wasn't a good experience at the billing.

Sales person very helpful, even though Dacia is sort of a low cost brand, the approach was very professional. Test ride according to our requirements, car was ready and questions were answered I can only recommend this company.
