Awful experience. Treated me like an idiot. Never asked for the facts, kept my vehicle without doing anything on it making excuses about being busy despite making the appointment two months in advance. Then blamed the fault on a solar panel installed months earlier to try to trickle charge the battery that always goes flat after 3 days. Didnt even bother to fix the heater - just blamed the battery! Do NOT use this garage.

Very positive experience with a Demo car from Audi. I was dealing with Ondrej Kvapil: excellent and transparent communication over several weeks.

Despite not having finalized the purchase of the car, I wanted to leave a comment about Audi at Porsche Brno, as I was truly left satisfied with all the interactions I had.
Mr. Jakub Klima and Mr. Ondrej Kvapil are helpful, proactive and transparent, and most importantly for a foreigner like me, they speak English! Something that is not so common at the other dealerships that I had contact with in CZ.
If I happen to consider again purchasing a car, this would be the first place I’d go to.
Compliments to Mr. Klima and his Team for making the customer feel good and treated well.

Its been 2 months my car is waiting for repair and service in Volkswagen section. It was supposed to be done already few weeks before but they are extending it weeks after weeks. This is frustrating. No replacement car from the showroom during repair, nothing. I have to commute to work every day and my car is still not done. What a bad service in town!

Nice guys...but 6000czk for an oil change....come on!?!?! 3500 crowns for 4L of cheap VW oil when premium Motul is 1000 CZK!?! Get down to earth and stop robbing the customers.
Unable to reply, but will post here. Quality? The same oil costs 1200CZK for 5L. I like the service I get there, the guys in the showroom are very professional, but tripling the price of oil is an actual rip-off. VW Longlife 0W20, W508.00 - 1200 CZK in any store in Czech Republic. I would understand you double the price in the showroom, but triple it? Please do not give me the "quality" argument for having 3 times the market price FOR THE SAME OIL. ;)
