Not a very good experience. Untightened wheel bolts after changing tires, and when replacing a cracked spring on the front wheel, they put a new one on upside down, when we were notified that the car was squeaking in corners and making a very unusual loud noise, we were told that it would fit. (A very common answer in this service) I don't know if it was a mistake or an attempt to destroy other parts of the wheel bearing. The spring has a different diameter at the top and bottom, it is hard for me to understand that someone could swap it. These are the experiences of my family members before they changed the service. I personally bought a car with a hidden defect in the transmission. The owner was very rude to me and there was a very heated argument when I complained. When I bought it, I was assured that the car had a service book and there was no need to worry, but it was not available for inspection at the moment. The car was supposed to be undamaged, imported from Germany. After buying the car, I got the book and found out that it was only maintained up to 80 thousand km, but the car had 160. The dashboard looked fine at first glance, but after some time, when I pulled the cable for the camera in the car and needed to partially dismantle it, I found out that it was literally cut off on one side so that it could fit between the pillars. The car was probably hit on the front from the side, which is probably where the problem with the gearbox came from, which was solved, let's say functionally, but not properly = the gear lever from the right side does not return to the center position. Before that, the speed would drop out on its own while driving and with the gas pedal depressed. (This is the best result the service was able to provide after 4 complaints) Maybe it's just my experience and someone else is satisfied with this service, but I definitely am not. I have been driving elsewhere for two years and am extremely satisfied. 27.10.2020 Update: The car left home with a total mileage of 240 thousand km. In the mere 80 thousand that I had it, I also replaced the clutch assembly, dual-mass flywheel, EGR valve, both front window mechanisms, turbo, and finally the entire engine, which started to consume oil. (230 thousand km - from the beginning the car had a slightly higher consumption than is normal for this model.) I prefer not to even consider the little things like the air conditioning was crapping from the beginning, the sensors on the door handles were gone, the radio didn't pick up stations. In total, I invested in this car its purchase value once more, I note that beyond the scope of normal consumer service. I don't count the regular service. It was a Renault Megane II, 1.9tdi.

Definitely this company never again.. we definitely do not recommend buying a car from these gentlemen. They promise mountains and valleys, they are only eloquent what is true, just to sell.. but the reality is somewhere completely different. In December I bought an Octavka imported from Germany from them. Like all cars, this one also looked decent and solid before the sale and thanks to the flood of positive words from the owner, it seemed that there was no problem with anything. In the contract they promise that the car has no hidden defects.. However, before I could get home, the engine fault light came on, which was apparently removed during diagnostics before the sale. After returning back to the service station they told me that there was nothing to worry about, that it was the alternator, that it was because the car had been standing for a long time..:-D seriously.. they erased the error again and sent me home. After 120km the light came on again, I had already figured out where the problem was - a faulty lambda sensor - so I asked them to fix it for me at their expense. They said they would fix it, but I had to pay for the part myself..so we couldn't agree and I ended up having the car checked and repaired at an authorised service.. Result?? Both faulty sensors were just a prelude. The car needed a completely new clutch - the one there was completely written off, the fan and air conditioning didn't work..and now the best part..they had to put a new CATALYST in my car, because there WASN'T ONE!!!!!! I don't understand how this car could have passed the MOT and emissions without a catalytic converter. So if anyone is planning to buy a car, definitely not from this company!!!

At the last minute, the gentlemen accommodated me by changing the tire. Everyone was helpful, fast and pleasant. Great deal and also service at reasonable prices, I definitely recommend it 😊

Rehabilitation center for all my cars. The guys have always dealt with all the mysteries that my cars have presented to them. Very helpful staff.
