Vehicle brought in without prior arrangement - perfect approach to the problem, explained, loaned a replacement vehicle without booking. Repair of the fault on the given day. Nothing more. Excellent service. Maybe I was lucky, but for me the service was at a high level. Thanks to the helpful technician at the reception. Many thanks.

One big mess, on April 4, 2018 they refused to serve me because the workers went to lunch. Strange, they don't have a lunch break during the service opening hours. How can they afford this to a regular customer? Yeah, when they wanted 30,000 from me last year, they called even at midnight. I think I don't have to take lunch for minor repairs like changing a light bulb in the light.

Helpful staff, quick repair. I only have one comment, due to the repair I was limited in using the car, I wanted a replacement car but was told that the replacement was not available, I could not use the car for a week.
