Incredibly helpful and fair approach. Great communication and speed.
All questions answered via WhatsApp, from service history, equipment, photos to a video shot specifically for me to check if the car really had everything I was looking for. (We discussed for a while whether something similar would be cheaper to import, again a great willingness to find and send options.) Insurance options and warranty extensions sent in advance, with the understanding that I could resolve them myself or at their location. Option to have the car lifted and inspected by my own technician. When choosing a car, the weather was changing, winter (and absolutely top) tires were ordered, the car was waiting for me, reconditioned and ready. The transfer was made immediately after payment. It was basically done within 2 hours :).
I appreciate the fairness the most - what was promised, I really got. While waiting about a week for the winter tires to arrive, someone else showed interest in the car, but Nellycars waited for me, and there was probably an opportunity to sell the car elsewhere and for a higher price.
I was very pleased with the additional communication a few days after the purchase to see if everything was okay :). You do your job really well, I hope it lasts before I buy another one :D.

Bought a BMW 740D, everything that Mr. Tesarčík told us over the phone, according to information from CEBIE for me, was correct, he didn't hide anything and from the beginning he behaved very pleasantly and professionally. The actual purchase went smoothly, only the tires were humming during the test drive. After replacing the tires with new ones, the right bearing was humming a lot. After the phone call, Mr. Tesarčík offered me compensation in the form of two new SKF front wheel bearings, which he sent to my address. I want to thank you once again for the purchase of an otherwise great car and I highly recommend this company.

Excellent communication.
When installing the navigation system, the windshield accidentally cracked... The owner immediately resolved the situation very warmly by ordering new glass on the insurance.
While waiting, soft drinks and coffee were available.
Excellent rest stop not far from the store.
Despite minor problems, everything was resolved to my satisfaction. It's just a shame that the navigation system is not available in Prague.
I can only recommend it.
Miss Nikola Kotlárová is very nice and handled everything very quickly or communicated.

For me, great service. I gave them a hard time. BMW X5M package converted to BMW X5 competition. Front and rear bumper, including exhaust and fender trim. They did everything perfectly and they constantly sent me photos of the work in progress. Really great guys. Thank you very much.
