In my experience, the ŠUDOMA Frýdek-Místek car service is a symbol of what an authorized service should not look like. They charged an absurd 25,000 CZK for a two-year service, even though the same service at other authorized Peugeot services costs only around 9-10 thousand CZK. When I canceled the order, they only managed to change my oil – for an incredible 8,180 CZK – and refused to write it down in the service book. This is not a problem elsewhere.
I consider this approach to be nothing more than deliberate customer fraud and a gross abuse of trust in the Peugeot brand. In my opinion, ŠUDOMA Frýdek-Místek is an untrustworthy and dangerous service that is better to avoid at all costs.

I almost never give negative reviews. But I will make an exception and want to warn others. I bought a Peugeot for my wife 6 years ago on operational leasing. The car was taken from this service and then it was serviced there all the time. Since it had about 5k mileage per year, we bought it back after 6 years. The car then went to another service for the first time. What a shock it was when the oil was changed. Black as boots, according to the technicians, it had not been changed for at least several years. Filters like garbage. If I hadn't seen it, I wouldn't believe it... you buy a car that only goes to an authorized service, you pay a lot of money for years for this regular annual service, then you buy it back and are horrified to find out how the car was treated. Never again this seller and service. Not to mention the arrogance of the lady at the reception.
