Years ago I used to go here to have my car serviced and I was always satisfied. This year I visited the local service after a long time with a leak in the cooling system in the engine compartment (coolant was spraying into the coil space due to a torn plug). The staff was friendly considering the age of the car (15 years), years ago when the car was younger they were more friendly. :-) The repair was done quickly, albeit in a somewhat plumbing manner, but it served its purpose. But then things went very wrong when I picked up the car from the repair, when the technician told me that the leak had been fixed, but the car sometimes runs on three cylinders (no, and it's not a three-cylinder, but a four-cylinder - petrol) and that I could drive... I completely did not understand why they did not deal with it at all and why they did not call me promptly to see if they should solve it. Finally, the caretaker :-) recommended a garage service, where they replaced one coil for me (about 1000 CZK) with the understanding that I would pay for it when it was confirmed that it helped. And it helped.
