I found a car online that was exactly what I needed, called the central number and they got the car delivered to the Kladno branch the next day. The car was as described in the online form. Kladno service was a little slow as only 1 salesman was working but staff are friendly and helpful with the insurance and registering the car. Within 24 hours we had insurance and car was registered in Prague with no issues. After driving for 2 weeks alls seems good and I am happy with the service so far.

Major advantage: they're large, there is choice.
After you pay up the money they don't care and try to avoid any claims.
Promised tires did not arrive at all. When you call them and describe the issue, they will "handover and call you back". Then they call you back (even 3 times) and each time ask again what you need. You end up explaining the issue all over again 3-4 times a day and in the end you don't get what you need for 2 weeks (as of now).

I used their service already several times. Today I sold my car and bought another one. I got a good deal and I was extremely happy with the whole teams care and interaction. I will sure stay loyal customer of this branche. Many thanks to all of the team members who took care of me today!

Scammers, do not contact them. I bought my first car from them on 12/01/22, two months before the end of STK. A month later, a serious problem in the engine was discovered here and we wanted to sell the car. But we were completely refused because the car was allegedly outdated by a year and already worth almost nothing, and the STK period almost came to an end. © "We can't help you"

My advice to avoid this dealer, day before we called and agreed that the next day we will visit to check the theirs car and sell ours, but after we get there they didn't have the car like to us. So we left angry . Many times before they promised that they will buy our car with an amount and after we get there they will give max 50% the price which they promised on the phone call.. really do not sell or buy car from there... you will be angry ...
