I go to Ford at Zedníků and they are always nice and helpful. I have several personal experiences with things that cannot be imagined and happen and they always manage. We have been going to this service with the fourth generation of Ford vans for routine service and more complex procedures. The last one, a Ford Custom 2.2, required complete disassembly and assembly with engine overhaul and replacement of other worn parts due to the high mileage of approximately 400,000 km (engine overhaul, clutch, flywheel, turbo, glow plugs, alternator, radiators). The service support was at a very high level with the possibility of previewing and consulting on worn parts. A replacement vehicle was loaned to us for the duration of the repair. I have to say for myself that in the future, thanks to this service, I always want to have at least one Ford at home! I have never had a problem, everything has always been solved willingly and they are excellent to communicate with.
