On 30.12.2025 at 9:30 I was at the branch in Liberec to repair a puncture. The rim with a flat tire was removed from the car and handed over to the technician. After the repair, the wheel (rim) was handed over to me very dirty, as if from very dirty gloves. Unfortunately, it did not occur to me that someone was trying to mask the damage to the rim and I took over the bike (I just thought to myself that the service guy was a pig). Only at home, when I mounted it on the car, did I notice quite extensive damage to the rim. I do not know what happened and I do not want to speculate, but three out of five spokes were damaged (paint chipped down to the aluminum).

This was my first time at this service and I am completely satisfied. I appreciate the professional and very helpful staff and the excellent work done. I will definitely be taking my car here again.
