I called the service center several times, they always promised to call me back, but it never happened. They transferred me between them and one of the employees didn't even answer the phone. It seems to me that they don't have people for service anymore and only the office is working. Better communication would be nice.

I was there for the first time today. I was especially surprised that Miss Javůrková could sign because I am deaf. It was great communication and most importantly she explained everything to me. I was completely satisfied.

Willingness when buying a car. After less than a year of use, the vehicle had many defects. I asked to buy the car back and was offered almost half the purchase price to get rid of us. I would never buy a car here again.
