I had a car loan for the weekend. Loan and return without any problems, the lady from the rental company is very pleasant. I have no experience with the service here, so I can't rate it.

In February 2025 I went to complain about the windshield heating. After checking the car and the documents that I had the oil changed on time at Auto In, my complaint was acknowledged. After a month of waiting, they supposedly ordered a new glass. After I reminded them X times, they always told me that they did not have the staff to replace the windshield. And that my car was no longer under warranty in the 2nd year. But in the 5th year and there they can give priority to more important tasks. Today is 2.11, no one from Auto In has ever called, they did not replace the glass. I have about 40 thousand km/year, I change cars after 4 years, I have owned many brands, I have never experienced such an approach in my life. Ford Auto In Ostrava NEVER!
