I have been using Auto Doležal for over 4 years and have always been extremely satisfied.
Their expertise and experience are at a high level, so I am always sure that my car is in good hands. In addition, they provide great advice and are willing to explain everything that is needed, which is a really big benefit for me as a woman! :D A big plus is also their time flexibility, thanks to which it is possible to arrange repairs and service at dates that suit me.
I can definitely recommend Auto Doležal to anyone looking for reliable, professional and fair services in the field of car repair.

One big disappointment... 😓 Never again... The car was there for 2 months!!! They repaired without any prior agreement, without calling, warning... In the end, the amount for the repairs increased to 50,000 CZK... 🤦♀️ After I asked if they were normal and warned about the fact that we had not agreed on such repairs and we did not agree, the gentleman proceeded with the installments... The paradox is that in the end it was all over, it turned out that the defect on the car was caused only by a broken pipe, worth 1,500 kc + we will take care of their work. 😓 And to make matters worse, we now came to another service center for the fact that (some things) that they respected in Nissan were actually not even repaired. 😔 The only thing I regret is that my husband accidentally threw away the invoice from them, otherwise I would have sold it to my legal representative. And everyone thinks what they want, I'm only giving my opinion and my experience with this service... For us, NEVER again...

I can only recommend the services of Auto Doležal. I bought a car here and I also go here for service. They always accommodated me with an appointment and gave advice when needed. Professional and fair approach, reliable service. Maximum satisfaction.
