For the second year I have been commuting from afar to Pilsen for service. I know why. I also bought a new car here. Several standard service operations were performed and at the same time some "push". I have nothing to criticize and I have set the bar quite high. The sales department has a completely professional approach. The service department and Mr. Šedivec are the same. The prices are completely fair.

First time in a long time dissatisfied. Car not ready at pre-arranged time, wrong invoice - charged 2 hours for vehicle test after brake pad replacement. Not a word of apology.
