Until September, I was very satisfied with the e-shop, when I ordered motorcycle tires for my motorcycles several times. In May of this year, I ordered Mitas E07 for the rear wheel. After two months of riding, during a routine road check, a police officer showed me cracks in the tires. I sent a photo to the local store with a request for further action regarding the complaint. Only one email came, saying that I should wait for the manufacturer's response. Nothing until today. I wrote again many times and without a response. I would like to express my warmest thanks for a truly exemplary approach to an ordinary customer. DOT 2820 says it all. I do not recommend this company even by mistake...

Bad experience. We went to have the wheels balanced. They only balanced the front ones. After notifying us that we wanted to balance all 4, we were told that only the front ones are always balanced. Never again.

Very slow technician takes about 45 minutes to change shoes. Private car. Arrogant behavior of the lady at the counter, absolutely no customer service. Absolutely do not recommend
