I have been extremely satisfied with the Bono car service in Nový Jičín from the very beginning – from the opportunity to try out several types of cars to the actual purchase of the car. Unlike my experience in Frýdek, I always feel a fair and professional approach here, which is why I like to come back here for warranty inspections.
I appreciate that even though they don't have the option of renting a car if you have to wait longer, they helped me out – when I was dealing with a difficult personal situation after my father's death. This human approach is rarely seen today and deserves great praise. Thumbs up!

We bought a car there, they promised to call us if we could have the chassis sprayed, because it only has galvanized steel, which will start to rust, they didn't keep their promise and don't answer the phone... the impression is that when you buy, they're crawling up your ass, when you pay, they don't give a shit about you.
