An incredibly bad experience. I visited the tire service last time. The only positive thing was that I didn't have to wait in line and I could drive onto the ramp immediately after arriving. They balanced and re-fitted the wheels, but they didn't use a torque wrench to tighten the bolt and the gentleman only tightened it according to feel. After leaving the service, I had to tighten the bolts again because the tightening torque was not adhered to. Then it was time to pay, and the gentleman was surprised that I wanted to pay by card. The original 600 CZK ended up being 668 CZK. I checked the receipt at home and the tire service charged me two extra weights (50 CZK) than they actually had - see photo. I thought these methods were practiced in the nineties. Next time I will go back to the Kopecký tire service on Mikolaše Alše Street, where I haven't had a similar situation in recent years.

It would have been a pretty nice visit. There was no queue, the tires were changed, I paid and when I wanted to leave, they told me that I had to load the old tires or pay an extra 120 CZK for disposal. Quite interesting, the last time I paid for tire disposal was about 10 years ago. When I pointed out that the disposal of old tires is free by law, I was told that I was right, but the 120 CZK is for the work they do. I don't really understand why they don't include the work in the price of the change and only ask people to pay extra when they leave. So in the end I went back to the office and paid them the last 120 CZK of my life. In the spring I'm going back to the Večeřa tire service, where I have to make an appointment, but at least they don't try similar practices on me.

Great deal, approach, no waiting, good prices, just perfect, I recommend it to everyone else. Another visit and they did not disappoint again - geo, tires while waiting..
