I was on summer holiday in spindleruv mlyn with my family and we had some acute faults on our peugeot 5008 2.0 HDI which required professional help from an authorized peugeot workshop.
I searched and found the nearest Peugeot workshop; VM - Incom spol. s r. o., which was in Vrchlabi close to spindleruv Mlyn.
When I arrived I was greeted by friendly staff and nice sales facilities.
One of the staff spoke English and this was the director and manager Ing. Vladimir Hykys.
Ing. Vladimir Hykys was a huge help and the best service I have experienced in my 15 years as a Peugeot owner.
I explained to Ing. Vladimir Hykys the problems with the car and he took the car in already after his dinner which he even offered me and my wife to participate in.
Furthermore, Ing. Vladimir Hykys a nice loan car (Peugeot 508) while our car was inspected so we could continue our holiday experiences.
I can only recommend Ing. Vladimir Hykys to all locals as well as other foreign tourists who need a service or help from knowledgeable Peugeot professionals.
I therefore easily give 5 stars for this fantastic service and handling of our situation.

Our car was broken. The car was brought to the Skoda garage in Vrchlabi. The Skoda-dealer wouldn’t help us to get a rental car. Then we looked a long time for a car to rent.
Then we discoverd the Peugeot-dealer in Vrchlabi and we asked for the possibility to rent a car.
He immediately gave us his own new car for rent. What a fantastic man! We were very grateful that he immediately helped us. He gave us water and coffee, because we had looked for a car during the whole afternoon and it was more than 35 degrees.

A cracked windshield on the road, far from home, brought me to this service and I was very pleasantly surprised. Willingness, speed, friendly and relaxed atmosphere, professionalism, offer of a replacement vehicle and last but not least, quality. I can only recommend!

Maximum satisfaction with the approach of all the people from Peugeot Vrchlabí. What was agreed on the phone is valid. They are willing to accommodate everything. They can arrange a car that they don't have from another branch. I have a recent experience with buying a car in Prague, it can't be compared. In Vrchlabí there is still what we are used to here in our region - it is clear that they value their customers. I advise all locals and those from further afield, buy a car here and not in a giant showroom where they sell it like hotcakes. The difference in approach is huge.
