Maximum satisfaction. Everything was handled remotely because we come from North Bohemia and upon arrival at the station, the salesperson LENKA ZIMMERMANN picked me up. Nice car showroom. I was buying a Dacia Duster for the company here. I can only recommend it.👍👍👍

My car has been here for a long time and regularly. So I have a long experience with the service.
After the last visits to the service, I decided to check the car personally, especially from underneath, I do it from time to time, unfortunately what I saw really scared me and I only paid for the services of a home tinkerer who was not even able to solve and fix completely banal things, if I had to write everything down here, this review would not even fit here. But leaving an almost torn and completely destroyed oil pan bolt or not replacing the sleeves on the half shafts or leaving the broken plastic wheel arches and covers under the engine or on the engine just because I bother to put a new fastening clip is really terrible, just to give you an idea: A set of 100 pieces of fastening clips for a car body costs about 120 CZK, I needed about 5 of them and that was after a few seconds of checking, then I had to stop for a while and have a cigarette. After I gained more strength, I decided to continue checking. When I found out that my front window was still squeaking loudly when lowering and closing, I started to lose strength again quickly, I just want to point out that I have been told three times that it has been fixed. I don't know where the problem is, whether in communication or work some apprentices are doing it without checking, but to spend large sums of money of 20-30 thousand, which can only be paid in cash and not by card, for literally amateur services is really very sad. Fortunately, I now have a place where I can slowly but surely renovate the car, so after a half-heart attack I'm staying with Renault. The only thing I can write is that I wrote a similar review but for some mysterious reason it was deleted. Let everyone take it as they want, I would never take my older limousine here again. Let someone try a proper French one, they won't want anything else, there must really be something to it. It's just a shame that the same cannot be said about the service.
