Everything was fine when I bought it, everyone can sell it, as they say, but the same cannot be said about the service. My bike has been in your workshop for over a month and unfortunately it is still unroadworthy. An authorized service should have basic spare parts in stock and not wait for a spark plug that they don't have. Seriously? You sell these bikes and you don't even have the basics in stock? That's not a nice advertisement for your service. I have fulfilled my duty and I expect the same from you. So I hope that my bike will be repaired and roadworthy as soon as possible. Sládek.
