We took a car (Renault Megane-51xxx km-2019r), which has an extended warranty, to the service center because of a bad clutch. They told us in advance that the clutch was covered by warranty service and there would be no charge.
After 3 weeks of leaving the car there, they forgot about the agreed repair date..Ok. And the new date? They said they would be free for another 3 weeks 🤣 and they didn't even try to fix the mistake and do it as quickly as possible.
When we picked up the car, without calling in advance about the price (which should have been 0), they asked us to pay almost
the full price of the repair - 26k. Take a picture of it yourself. Last time.

I can't judge the sale of new cars. But I've been going to the service station here for the third year with a Dacia Duster. And I have to say that I'm completely satisfied. The prices are of course somewhat higher than other services, but that's completely normal for an authorized manufacturer's service station. But I have to say that I'm completely satisfied with the approach of the service staff, who always try to accommodate and help you and are very willing. Regular services are always carried out in the form of a reservation according to the customer's wishes and capabilities. Upon arrival at the service station, the car is immediately taken over and the customer is roughly informed when the service will be completed. Usually everything goes quickly, but at the same time with high quality and without problems. So far, I've never had a problem here (and I hope it lasts :-)) with a component being faulty or the service having to be claimed. As I say, I'm very satisfied and if it continues like this, I will definitely remain a loyal customer.

Arrogant attitude of the salesperson. The salesperson calls me on my mobile with an offer, wants to know questions, which he then answers reluctantly and arrogantly. Honestly, I don't know what to think about this :)

Until the warranty inspection, I thought the fluid was incompressible. The volume of oil in the engine including the filter is 4 liters and they put 5 liters in there. At least according to the invoice. It wouldn't have mattered so much if the oil hadn't cost 460 CZK per liter.
PS: The oil level gauge was halfway between MIN and MAX.
